Water tank

The resistance of the rower is determined by the amount of water that is put in the water tank. The more water you put in, the higher the resistance will be.

Cockpit & pedals

Slide smoothly over and over again due to the adjustable footrests. The strap to fasten the foot helps you maintain your balance during the workout. Eight programs and a resistance that you can decide yourself: choose and start training. The monitor keeps track of all your parameters. It keeps track of the time, the distance and the five hundred meter time. The amount of calories shows how much energy you have already consumed. Do you want to know your heart rate?
