An advantage of using a vertical leg press is the support your back gets during exercise. Your back can remain completely relaxed in a horizontal position.

The SCR Leg Press attachment targets the quadriceps and also emphasizes the inner thigh muscles or glutes, depending on your foot position. The extra large foot plate allows you to train with a wide or narrow stand.

Note: The CSR Leg Press can only be used on the CSR-300, CSR-900, CSR-1000 and CSR-5000.
