You can set the desired weight by hanging Olympic discs on the bars of the device. When you take a seat on the device, you can use the adjustable strap to close it around your waist.

Large anti-slip foot plate

Adjust the large foot plate with anti-slip profile to assume a comfortable position. After training, you can store your Olympic weight plates on the two holders of the device.
