Newton Fitness Commercial Smith Power Rack CSR-5000

The Newton Fitness CSR-5000 Smith Machine is a modern Smith Machine with a handy feature which you don't find on most strength stations. You do not need to hang plates on the bar of the Smith machine; the rod uses the weight of the 2 weight stacks! This makes the station a lot narrower than normal Smith machines and also takes less time and effort then working with loose weight plates. In addition, Newton Fitness CSR-5000 can be expanded with many options, giving you possibility to train the entire body in different ways. The high quality and beautiful finish of all parts ensure that this station meets the high demands of the fanatic athlete.

Smith Machine

The bar of the Smith machine ensures you can train safely in the way you are used to from a Smith machine. Where you normally have to hang weight plates on the bar with a Smith machine, you do not have to do this with the CSR-5000. The bar of the Smith machine uses the weight of both weight stacks. This works easily and this makes the station therefore narrower than a normal Smith machine.

Functional Trainer

The station contains 2 height-adjustable, tilting pulleys with which you can perform your cable exercises. Think of exercises such as chest fly's, biceps curl, triceps pushdown, rear delt fly's, etc. This gives you a full-fledged functional trainer at your disposal. Adjusting the desired height is comfortable, thanks to the chrome knurled handle.

Aluminum pulleys

The Newton Fitness CSR-5000 comes standard with high-quality aluminum pulleys, making every cable exercise feel very smooth. Aluminum pulleys are stronger than plastic pulleys and also give the device a professional look.

Pull-up Bar

Using the specially shaped pull-up bar, you can perform pull-ups, chin-ups and other exercises. You can create a wide grip, narrow grip and neutral grip and thus vary the training. The pull-up bar is equipped with a rubber layer, making it also feel comfortable.

Weight stack 2 x 90 kg

The Newton Fitness CSR-5000 comes standard with 2 weight stacks of 90 kg each. Both weight stacks are each divided into 20 plates. The ratio is 1:2, which means the maximum actual weight on each side is 45 kg. Choosing of the desired weight is easily achieved via a pin.

Adjust cable tension

Once the station is mounted and you wish to adjust the tension of the cable, you can easily adjust this on the CSR-5000. Above each weight stack you will find a pin, which you can remove. When removed, you can turn the dial to adjust the tension of the cable. A simple, but useful function.

Supplied accessories

You can use different accessories for different cable exercises. The Newton Fitness CSR-5000 comes with 2 single handles, 1 biceps bar, 1 triceps rope, 1 double handle, 1 straight bar with 2 eyes, 1 curl bar with 2 eyes, 1 ankle strap, 2 short chains and 1 long chain.
