The PowerBlock Pro 100 EXP Knurled Stage 1 Set is the perfect set of dumbbells to get started with at home! With 1 set of PowerBlocks you can replace a whole range of different dumbbells, saving you a lot of space. In addition, each weight can be adjusted quickly and easily. This Stage 1 Set is the basic set and is adjustable in different weights ranging from 5 lbs (2 kg) to 20 lbs (18 kg). The PowerBlock Pro 100 EXP Knurled Stage 1 Set consists of 2 dumbbells, each with a handle of 5 lb (2.3 kg) and 3 weight blocks of 10 lbs (4.5 kg) each with which you can adjust the weight. In addition, you can place 2 bars of 2.5 lbs (1.1 kg) each in each dumbbell, allowing you to increase the weight of each dumbbell in smaller steps. This brings the total weight per dumbbell to 40 lbs (18 kg). If you are ready for a higher weight, you can optionally expand the Stage 1 set to 60 lbs (27 kg) with Stage 2, 80 lbs (36 kg) with Stage 3 and 100 lbs (45 kg) with Stage 4.
